To start off, I'd just like to say this is amazing. The colors are so vibrant and catch your eye immediately. The sense of wonder and awe is portrayed very well in the faces of the man and the woman, I can't help but wonder with them. It gives off a very lighthearted feel as well as that sense of amazement.
One thing I would suggest trying to improve is the anatomy of the hands. It's the two that are holding on to the rings. It all flows so well until you get to the fingers. For the woman: They should be closer together, and not as long, if you want to stick to the proportions set by the wrist and palm of the hand. As for the man: the visible sections of the fingers should be shorter as well, because fingers can't actually bend the way they are portrayed here.
Other than that, the anatomy of the two figures is great. The attention to detail (especially on the man's tattoos), but still a sense of fuzzy fantasy, is very well balanced. The rabbit fish (is that what it is?) is very cute.
Over all I think it's an amazing, very moving piece. You should definitely continue to do this kind of work.
